My life’s work and career has been dedicated to globally promoting Israeli smart mobility innovation in several ways.

I advise global industry and government entities in their quest for spearheading open innovation. I have designed courses and developed programs to help municipalities and other organizations acquire the necessary tools and knowledge for implementing innovation, which will eventually benefit the public.

Currently, as an early-stage investor, I use my extensive network and experience to support emerging entrepreneurs who will make the world a better place for us to move in, breathe in and live in.

Recognizing the underrepresentation of women in both the mobility world and innovation, I founded the Women in Mobility community through which I strive to increase female representation and foster collaboration within the industry.

I find motivation in love, light and creation. In the past year, I partnered with Eshel Lipman to launch EnergyONAIR, a podcast aimed at educating the Israeli public on the two imminent revolutions in energy and e-mobility. We realized that much of the innovation was limited to specialized ecosystems and sought to make this knowledge accessible by breaking down complex industry jargon related to these transformative changes.

This project has inspired me to further support Israel’s electrification efforts. I am currently working on an initiative to accelerate the adoption of electric vehicles, ultimately benefiting the nation and its citizens.

The greatest challenge I’ve had to overcome was carrying and delivering twin girls less than a year ago. But growing up, my parents taught me that there are no problems, only solutions. This way of seeing the world has become second nature to me, and I apply it to every aspect, in both my personal and professional life, living a balanced and stress-free life.
