Approximately 100 companies comprise Israel’s strong and growing energy tech sector, according to a new infographic from Start-Up Nation Central, Ignite the Spark energy tech community and the Israel Export Institute.

The chart shows 22 companies involved in transmission and distribution of energy, 21 in consumer products, 20 in energy generation, 18 in energy storage, and seven each in carbon mitigation and hydrogen power.

The infographic was released in conjunction with the Israel Energytech Changemakers event that took place February 13.

The keynote speakers were Minister of Energy Karine Elharrar, Deputy Chief Scientist at the Israeli Ministry of Energy Yael Harman, Managing Director of Doral Energy Tech Ventures Roee Furman, Acting Chairman of the Israel Electricity Authority Yoav Katsavoy, H2Pro cofounder Prof. Avner Rothschild, and Dorit Banet, Director of Eilat Eilot Renewable Energy.
