American reality-TV celebrity socialite Kim Kardashian West will be the new face of Carolina Lemke Berlin, an Israeli sunglasses and eyeglasses company, in a $30 million deal announced yesterday by parent company Castro-Hoodies.

Kardashian West joins her friend Bar Refaeli, an Israeli supermodel and part owner of Carolina Lemke who figures prominently in the designer brand’s advertisements in Israel and Europe.

Both women will be seen in ads by next summer, following an Israel visit by Kardashian expected in March 2019.

Kardashian West’s contract extends for two years and is aimed at creating a splash for the company’s entry into the US market.

In April 2015, Kardashian West and husband Kanye West visited Israel and baptized their daughter North at an historic Armenian church in Jerusalem.
