When ISRAEL21c visited Goats with the Wind farm in the Galilee, we were treated to a beautiful cabbage salad that was just as appealing visually as it was gastronomically.

Naturally, we wanted to share it with our readers through our Tayim series of cooking videos.

Israeli Cabbage Mustard Flowers Salad

4.5 cups purple cabbage, finely shredded

1/2 cup sliced red bell peppers

1/2 cup sliced yellow bell peppers

1/4 cup chopped cilantro

1/4 cup olive oil

Freshly squeezed orange juice to taste

Freshly squeezed lemon juice to taste

Salt and pepper to taste

Mix well and garnish with mustard flowers.
