Everyone is looking for fun kitchen activities while sheltering at home. Here, our Tayim chef shows you how to prepare delicious popcorn cauliflower and a sweet chili dipping sauce. See how fast one head of this cruciferous veggie will disappear in your household.

Popcorn cauliflower with sweet chili sauce

  1. Steam 1 head cauliflower until tender (7-8 minutes).
  2. Heat oil in a skillet.
  3. Coat cauliflower pieces in egg wash, dredge in flour, coat again in egg wash and finally roll in panko breadcrumbs. Fry all sides until golden.
  4. For the sauce, combine ½ cup mayonnaise, ½ cup sweet chili sauce, salt, pepper and a grated clove of garlic. Whisk together; garnish with chopped chives.
