It’s worth a trip to Tel Aviv on a Tuesday or Friday, any time of the year, just to browse among more than 200 booths offering handmade crafts along the Nachalat Binyamin pedestrian mall. Thousands of people come each week to chat with the artisans and pick up something unique as a gift or personal treat.
Click below to meet some of the amazing talent, including a wood carver, an Ethiopian doll maker, a textile artist and a woman who sews novelty gloves with wings.
