Israeli movie star Gal “Wonder Woman” Gadot is scheduled to make a cameo appearance today (August 10) on the Season 21 Finale of YouTube talk show “Hot Ones.”
The First We Feast-produced show involves celebrities being interviewed by host Sean Evans over a platter of increasingly spicy chicken wings — or a vegetarian/vegan alternative if the guest prefers.
The Emmy Award-nominated program’s tagline is: “The show with hot questions, and even hotter wings,” referring to its reputation for probing and unexpected questions.
In June, Gadot was named as one of 31 celebrities who will receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame next year. She is the first Israeli actor ever chosen for this honor.
Gadot’s latest film, “Heart of Stone,” premieres August 11 on Netflix.
And although it may be Gadot’s first time in the hot seat on “Hot Ones,” she was famously mentioned in a 2018 episode featuring YouTube tech reviewer Marques Brownlee. Brownlee told Evans that Gadot (or more likely her sponsor) blocked him on Twitter after he tweeted a photo of her tweeting from an iPhone.
In 2019, IMDb (Internet Movie Database) included Gadot in a list of 56 “Celebrities Who Should be on Hot Ones.”
