Sports Events 365, an international provider of tickets for sports and music events worldwide, has signed a 2018-2019 season-ticket agreement with Atletico Madrid.
This is part of a series of season-ticket agreements that Sports Events 365 has signed with other soccer clubs in Europe, including top La Liga clubs.
“The season-ticket agreements allow us to cater to the needs of groups of tourists who are looking for a much larger number of tickets to matches,” said Sefi Donner, founder and CEO of Sports Events 365, founded in Tirat Hacarmel in northern Israel in 2006.
Donner predicts 30 percent growth in the Spanish market this coming year as a result of the season-ticket agreements.
Last year the company sold more than 50,000 tickets to soccer matches in all major European leagues, international championships, tennis events, European basketball and rugby, as well as American basketball (NBA), football (NFL), ice hockey (NHL) and baseball (MLB) events. In addition, the company offers tickets to concerts of world-class artists such as Beyoncé, Justin Timberlake and Katy Perry.
Sports Events 365’s B2B website is currently in eight languages, while its B2C website is available in 21 languages and offers over 60,000 events a year in around 50 countries.
In recent months Sports Events 365 has signed agreements with the Romanian subsidiary of travel giant TUI and with CTRIP, China’s largest online travel company to offer tickets on the site using Sports Events 365’s independent destination-based search engine.
