Israeli high-tech innovators are now taking part in the inaugural TeXchange — the UK Israel Tech Hub’s Tech Exchange Program that runs through November 29. The new program connects local high-tech companies with British corporations.
“TeXchange will bring the very best Israeli tech entrepreneurs to Britain. They will get to see what Britain has to offer Israeli companies looking to expand,” said Matthew Gould, British Ambassador to Israel. “The entrepreneurs will also visit Tech City in London – one of Europe’s biggest digital clusters with over 200 companies. I believe passionately that Israel and Britain are natural partners in tech. At the moment this is an unfulfilled potential. The TeXchange programme will help make this partnership a reality.”
Over 125 companies applied for the debut event in London. The 15 winners include: Adotomi, Bazaart, CallApp, CallMyName, Comfyware, LiveDefinition, Moolta, IP Gallery, Ongage, RankAbove, SocialClicks, Tweegee, Wibbitz, WorkWith.Me and Zooz!“We are grateful to TeXchange for granting us the opportunity to demonstrate how RankAbove’s unprecedented SEO technology can help prominent UK companies improve their website performance. Opportunities to forge partnerships like these are vital in the effort to expand the Israeli tech-footprint in Europe,” said RankAbove’s CEO Mayer Reich. In September, the Tel Aviv-based RankAbove — a global leader in search engine optimization (SEO) technology – was named “#1 start-up in Israel” by Wired magazine.TeXchange is a collaborative effort set up by the UK Israel Tech Hub in partnership with Tech City Investment Organization and UKTI.
