Israel has ranked fourth out of 41 countries for the best place to raise a family in a new survey published by the expat networking service, InterNations. Austria, Sweden and Finland were cited as the Top Three locations for children-friendly care, education and recreation.
Expats from around the globe took part in the survey and were asked to rank the quality, cost and availability of childcare and education in their countries.
Within the survey, Israel came in third place in the category of ‘Family Well-Being’.
New Zealand came in fifth in the general survey on where best to raise a family, followed by Singapore, Germany, France, Australia and Luxembourg. In 11th place was Denmark, and then Spain, Poland, Philippines, Mexico, Canada, Norway, South Africa, Bahrain and Costa Rica.
