“Guess who is the new face of @Gucci Fragrances?” Israeli model, director and actress Gal Gadot recently posted on her Facebook page.
Followers of her page quickly responded with ‘congratulations’ and over 127,000 likes.
The 29-year-old, who will be starring as Wonder Woman in the upcoming Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice, added the new high-profile gig to her resume.
Gadot, a former Miss Israel, will promote Gucci’s upcoming Bamboo fragrance.
“I treated the Gucci Bamboo campaign like a film role,” said Gadot, according to a report by Glam Stories. “The character is multi-layered and intriguing, and truly is a modern woman. It’s incredible to collaborate with one of the world’s most influential fashion houses on such a special and empowering fragrance project.”
Gadot is also known for her role as Gisele Yashar in the Fast & Furious film franchise. She is married to entrepreneur Yaron Varsano, with whom she has a 3-year-old daughter.
