The Suzanne Dellal Center for Dance and Theater in Tel Aviv will host its 24th annual International Exposure dance festival on December 5-9, 2018.

This annual showcase of Israeli contemporary dance is not only a chance for the public to see some of the country’s most vaunted performers and ensembles. It’s also an opportunity for festival directors, dance-hall directors, choreographers, media professionals and opinion-makers from 45 countries to scout out Israeli talent for overseas shows and festivals.

Among the 178 VIP guests will be the directors of the Montpellier Festival, Lyon Dance Festival, Toronto Autumn Festival, Vancouver Dance Center, Opera in Athens, Seattle Dance Center, Singapore Dance Festival, Navarada band in Mumbai, ImPulsTanz Vienna and many others.

Yair Vardi, Director General of the Suzanne Dellal Center, said it is sometimes impossible to fill the numerous requests received every year for Israeli dancers to perform in festivals and dance events around the world.

This year, 32 performances are planned including Vertigo, the Kibbutz Dance Company, Inbal Pinto, the Fresco Band, the Revolutionary Orchestra, Avshalom Pollak Dance Company, Kamea Dance Company, Israeli Ballet, SOL Dance Company, and independent artists such as Orly Portal, Adi Boutros, Yasmin Goder, Noa Dar, Hillel Kogan and Shira Eviatar.
