When massive disasters and epidemics have struckcountries ranging from Haiti, to Japan and the US, IsraAID-The Israel Forum for International Humanitarian Aid is always among the first on the scene – whether it’s a tsunami, an earthquake or a typhoon.

On ISRAEL21c’s TLV1 radio show, IsraAID Founding Director Shachar Zahavi talks about IsraAID’s psychosocial support training program for Ebola victims and their families in West Africa, and his organization’s greater mission of helping afflicted communities learn to help themselves.
