A record number of 25,000 runners took part in the October 28th 10-km Night Run through the streets of Tel Aviv. This was the sixth time the event took place.

The Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality hosts the event as part of its strategy to promote a healthy lifestyle in the city.

Tel Aviv Mayor Ron Huldai kicked off the urban race from Rabin Square. Thousands of people came out to cheer the runners through the city’s main streets to the finish line in Yarkon Park.

The fastest times recorded went to Noam Naaman (men’s division) with a time of 30:33:53 and Ella Pinos (women’s division) with a time of 38:33:53.

As in years past, the race ended with a night party at the finish line.
