One of those scientists is Dr. Leslie Lobel of Ben-Gurion University of the Negev’s Center for Emerging Diseases, Tropical Diseases and AIDS. He came to the TLV1 Radio  studio to talk with ISRAEL21c reporter Viva Sarah Press about the promising antibody therapy his team is developing against the virus, and about the hopes and fears of those living in this disease-stuck region.
