It’s always a good time to make peace.

With Israel’s Memorial and Independence days fresh on our minds, it’s a great opportunity to carry the emotional momentum that these holidays give us forward into the future, finding ways to create a more whole and hopeful Israel.

As it turns out, one such opportunity is right around the corner.

The “It’s Time” People’s Peace Summit is coming up, and speaking to its founders — an Israeli mourning the death of his parents on October 7th and a Palestinian mourning the death of his brother in Israeli prison — filled me with hope for the country’s future.
