For a country with the most sophisticated missile defense system in the world, Israel has found itself increasingly at the mercy of a pretty low-tech weapon – the drone.

In October, four soldiers were killed and more than 60 injured when a drone hit a military dining room. Then there was the infamous drone attack on Netanyahu’s home in Caesarea, which hit his bedroom window.
