The Angelcy, a six-person indie/folk band from Tel Aviv that performs in English, is building a solid fan base outside the borders of Israel. Its latest album was recently released under the Sony France label.

“There is richness in the music here [in Israel], and that comes from different influences of people coming from all around the world,” says The Angelcy lyricist and composer Rotem Bar Or.
