Runners take in Jerusalem’s sights during the Marathon in 2014.

Runners take your mark… the Jerusalem and Tel Aviv Marathons are just around the corner and both events have unleashed super stats.

The Tel Aviv sporting event on February 27, 2015 is meant to be the country’s biggest with an expected 40,000 participants, according to the Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality.

The city that has become synonymous with startups is once again turning to Pic2Go for its 2D barcodes racing bib number recognition and photos social sharing technology.

The Tel Aviv Samsung Marathon is a multi-course event, including full Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K, 5K, and a Kids Mini Marathon.

If you don’t pull a hamstring in the Tel Aviv event, the Jerusalem marathon on March 13 could be a great next destination. Organizers say they’re expecting an international set of participants from over 55 countries.

The Jerusalem Winner Marathon happening includes a full marathon, half marathon, 10 km, 5 km, 800 meter and hand-cycle routes.
