As anyone who has been following Israel’s weather for the last few months knows it’s been a catastrophically dry winter, with virtually no rain aside from one large winter storm in December.
This week, Israel was hit by an unexpected storm, giving people here a chance to enjoy the winter probably one last time before the hot summer begins.
