Israel’s Kenshoo raises investment for worldwide expansioinIsrael-based search engine marketing company, Kenshoo, has obtained an undisclosed sum of money from its existing backers, Sequoia Capital and Arts Alliance, in a second investment round.
The Ramat Hiyall company, a search engine marketing developer, announced that it had an exceptional 2008, which exceeded all financial expectations, with significant global expansion across North America, Europe, Asia and the Pacific. This second round of fund raising was reported to be at a 50 percent higher valuation that than of the last round.
The company, which was founded by Alon Sheafer, and Nir Cohen, announced that it would use the cash to fuel its expansion worldwide and to explore new business opportunities in the search marketing space.
