Israeli diver-photographer Noam Kortler is one of this year’s winners at the 42nd World Festival of Underwater Pictures (Festival Mondial de l’Image Sous-Marine), one of the world’s most prestigious photography competitions.
This is the third time Kortler has won an award at the competition.
This year, the Eilat resident and owner of the Nemo Divers club, won the Jean-Louis Galy, Labo Photon prize for a portfolio of 10 jaw-dropping digital prints of undersea life.
Kortler’s photos were taken off the coast of Eilat and in waters around the world.
