The annual Shaon Horef (Winter Noise Festival) is the biggest open culture festival in Israel. Every Monday night for four consecutive weeks in winter, the city of Jerusalem comes alive with music, dance, art and more.

Produced by the Young Adult Authority of the Jerusalem Municipality, the festival features 500 artists in all sorts of styles and genres. The happening is diverse, edgy and ever-changing. Click on the video to see what it’s all about.

Fighting for Israel's truth

We cover what makes life in Israel so special — it's people. A non-profit organization, ISRAEL21c's team of journalists are committed to telling stories that humanize Israelis and show their positive impact on our world. You can bring these stories to life by making a donation of $6/month.
