International research and consulting company Cleantech Group included three Israeli companies in its recently published Cleantech Global Top 100 list.

The list is part of Cleantech Group’s 2021 report on the cleantech industry.

BreezoMeter was one of 21 companies in seven countries cited in the resources and environment category. The Haifa-based monitoring and forecasting company has partnered with global brands such as L’oreal, Apple and Volvo, which provide environmental data and insights from over 11 million sources to 400 million users worldwide.

Future Meat is one of 12 companies from seven countries chosen in the agriculture and food category. Based in Rehovot, Future Meat creates lab-grown cultured meat products and recently raised $347 million toward building a US-based factory and lowering its production costs.

FSight of Hod Hasharon is one of 41 companies in 10 countries chosen in the energy and power category. FSight developed a smart and optimized AI-based distributed energy management platform for power plants, solar energy systems, electric vehicles and more.

The report states that the world’s top 100 cleantech companies raised an accumulated $6.9 billion during 2021, with a significant number of them becoming unicorns.
