Chocolate pralines, chocolate fountains, chocolate sculptures, chocolate beer, even chocolate “shwarma” – name your chocolate fantasy, and you will see it on this video from Tel Aviv’s Chocolate Festival.
In Israel’s typical innovation style, the festival showcased some unusual flavor pairings from boutique chocolatiers, such as chocolate and pomegranate and chocolate and tahini.
