- Jerusalem marathon f90Not to be outdone by Tel Aviv – which hosts an increasingly popular and well-attended night run in October – Jerusalem held its second annual night run on November 12.
Some 2,500 runners took part in the 10 kilometer event, including Jerusalem Mayor Nir Barkat.
The route passes some of Jerusalem’s most famous ancient and modern landmarks including the Tower of David, Jaffa Gate, Mamilla, Emek Refaim St., and the new Station.
