BioData’s online research and lab management software, known as Labguru, is one of the “best and brightest products of the year” according to The Scientist.

The prestigious life sciences magazine announced winners of their fifth annual Top 10 Innovations competition – ranking the Rosh Haayin-based company at fourth place.

Labguru, the flagship product of BioData, is an online research and lab management software that helps plan experiments, track progress and get results.

“With Labguru every experiment is saved and searchable, reducing the probability of repeating failed experiments,” the magazine writes.

“Our biggest concern is to get labs to run more efficiently and to be more productive,” says Jonathan Gross, founder of BioData.

According to the company, BioData currently serves more than 45,000 users in over 300 academic institutes.
