American television and stage actor Blair Underwood is giving his fans and followers a personal tour of Israel via social media. The 50-year-old star – a guest of the Tourism Ministry and the Prime Minister’s Office – has posted selfies from religious, historical and cultural sites in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Jerusalem, Dead Sea, Haifa, Acre (Akko), Tiberias and Nazareth.

Underwood, who counts 600,000 followers to his social media accounts, has also met with artists, actors, high-tech professionals and representatives of various humanitarian aid organizations in Israel.

Underwood is best known for his seven-year role on LA Law but is also celebrated for his work on City of Angels, Sex and the City, Thunder and Lightning and The Trip to Bountiful.
