Israel’s website security solutions developer Applicure Technologies has won a follow-on $45,000 order from a current customer for dozens of licenses for the company’s dotDefender solution reported Globes, Israel’s leading financial daily, early this month.

The company did not disclose the name of the customer, except to say that it is a leading global vendor of online financial transaction services. Applicure says that the customer decided to expand the relationship after Applicure upgraded its dotDefender solution and added new innovations.

Applicure raises the vigilance level of websites and protects them from hackers. It is one of the few security solutions that can be installed remotely, which saves valuable time. The company claims that customers using its technology are able to fend off cyber attacks that succeed on other sites.
