Israeli wine comes of age

Israel may have been growing wine since biblical times, but it’s only in recent years that the wines have gained international recognition.


Once regarded as undrinkable by most wine experts, the wines emerging from Israel today are considered some of the finest in the world.

Established vineyards like Golan, and Carmel, joined more recently by boutique wineries like Flam, Clos de Gat, Domaine Du Castel, Yatir, and Tsora Vineyards consistently produce excellent wines that have caught the attention of connoisseurs everywhere.
