Three thousand evangelical Christian supporters of Israel, from 36 countries, will meet in Jerusalem to participate in a multicultural festival and a mass prayer rally for peace between Israel and its neighbors.

The event, to be held on September 6th and 7th at Jerusalem’s International Convention Center, will be broadcast live worldwide.

It will be led by the controversial Dr. Jaerock Lee, senior pastor of the Manmin Joong-ang Church in Seoul, South Korea and attended by the Minister of Tourism, Mr. Stas Misezhnikov and Jerusalem Mayor Nir Barkat.

The two-day festival will include a prayer rally for the safety of Israel and for peace in the region and dance and choir performances by groups from the Far East.

Visiting pilgrims are scheduled to participate in a mass Jewish National Fund tree-planting rally, to visit the Yad Vashem Holocaust Martyrs’ and Heroes’ Remembrance Authority and to tour holy sites in Jerusalem and the north of Israel.
